Do customize and personalize?
I can customize colors and add custom printing on most items. Please contact me for details before purchasing to ensure that I can create what you are looking for on the particular item that you would like. Do I have to have Paypal to check out? You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account. It will say "checkout as guest" right below the sign in form. If you have any problems with your checkout, you can message me here. What Methods of Payment Do You Accept? Sweetly Scrapped accepts all payments electronically through paypal and Postal Money Orders**. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), e-check or funds from your Paypal account. You do not need to have a paypal account to use your credit card or use an e-check. Items paid by e-Checks will not ship until the check clears (usually 4-6 days). **If you choose to pay with a postal money order, you can print out an order form here Are materials acid free, lignin free and archival safe? Yes. All my items are af, lf and archival safe. If they are not, it will say so in the description. My Hand aging process actually uses af, lf and archival safe ink making them safe as well. I do NOT use coffee or tea to stain my items except the tags that say "tea/coffee" stained/dyed. Payment For Custom Orders... I request payment up front for custom orders. What are your shipping and handling rates? Shippnig starts at $1.90 to ensure that you have a tracking number on your order. All orders are important. I ship via United States Postal System (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation. I ship first class or priority, depending on your order. Shipping is based on on weight and destination and shipping fees will be calculated for you during check out. Shipping times do not include order processing time. Let me know in the "Special Instructions" during checkout if you require your order processed quickly and I'll try out best to accommodate you. Orders typically ship out between 24-48 hours depending on how large. Do You Ship Internationally? Yes, I ship via United States Postal System (USPS). Shipping costs will be calculated for you during the check out process. You will receive a customs number. This is not a tracking number but does give you an idea where your package is located. International Shipping - Duties and Fees.... Please note that international customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees if there are any. Most cases you will not incur any. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. I am obligated to declare all items as merchandise and not able to mark items as "gift". Due to the fact that international orders cannot be traced, I cannot guarantee the delivery of your items. Countries have different custom policies. But you do receive a custom's number which will help if you or I should file a claim on an item. How Long Until My Items Arrive? I know you'll be excited to receive your order, so I strive to ship quickly. In-stock items ship 1-2 business days from payment received. Many times I am able ship your order the same day it's placed! If items are "made to order" then it will be marked an extra day. Domestic (US) shipped USPS usually arrive 2-5 days from shipment date. International orders do take longer depending on where they are shipping to, the mail system of that country and their customs. Delivery time can vary from 7-11 (sometimes up to 18 days). INTERNATIONAL Delivery: I ship first class which takes approximately 10 days to 4 weeks to arrive. Shipping upgrades are available, if needed. Please contact me before purchasing. All of these times depend on customs. Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed, item was accepted and when the item was delivered at its final destination. Sweetly Scrapped is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. I do not check "Gift" on custom forms . Will I be charged sales tax? Not at this time. How do I find out about sales and specials? On another note, for added security, paying with paypal (whether it be credit card, echeck or paypal funds) I never see your private information Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient? Yes, simply leave me a note in the "message to seller" box and state that it is a gift, and then include the address you would like me to ship to. If you would like me to include a special note with it, please include that as well. Return/Refund Policy... I take great pride in the quality and value of my products. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact me immediately and I will make my best effort to resolve the issue. I will gladly provide store credit or exchanges on non-personalized products. All custom orders are final due to the nature of the product. Items must be received within 5 days from the date your order is received to be refunded. Please ensure all items returned are in original packaging and unused condition. Please send your package via a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Shipping costs for original shipping are nonrefundable. I do however, pay return shipping if item is received within 5 business days via refund. Disclaimer... I do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, such as holidays, etc. Most cards and notecards have "Sweetly Scrapped" stamped subtly on the back.
